Information You Provide
When you send an inquiry or message, request a service, or use an account or Workspace, Dulyfixed may receive the details you provide, such as your name, contact email, optional business and project details, messages, and uploaded files. If you connect Google sign-in, we receive the basic account identity needed to recognize your login. Conversation history, Workspace access, and file activity are kept as part of providing the service.
How Information Is Used
Dulyfixed uses this information to respond to inquiries, maintain conversations, provide account and Workspace access, deliver requested work, coordinate services, maintain business records, and protect the site from misuse. Payment or booking features will be described here when they are actually offered.
Cookies, Analytics and Technical Data
Essential session and security cookies support sign-in, conversation access, forms, and site protection whether or not you accept optional analytics. We record successful email verification and use a security cookie for up to 30 days to recognize that verification in your browser. A new browser may need another email link to prove ownership. Your analytics choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer.
With your permission, Dulyfixed loads Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and selected site actions, such as navigation, inquiry progress and successful submission, outbound links, downloads, and media playback. Analytics can apply to signed-in and signed-out browsing, but admin pages are excluded. We send page paths without query strings or fragments and do not intentionally send names, email addresses, messages, form entries, account identifiers, or payment details as analytics events. Advertising consent remains denied. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics stops new Google Analytics events from this site and attempts to clear its first-party cookies.
Hosting, security, and application logs may still record technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, request times, and errors for operations, safety, and troubleshooting. Optional analytics choices do not turn off these essential records or third-party media embeds you choose to load.
Security and Form Protection
Dulyfixed uses reasonable security-minded practices for the website and forms, including form verification and spam protection. No website, hosting system, or email communication can be guaranteed completely secure, so visitors should not submit passwords, full payment card numbers, private account tokens, or highly sensitive personal information through the contact form.
Embedded Media and Third-Party Links
Some pages include Facebook video embeds and links to music, social, payment, or other third-party sites. Opening an embed or following a link may send information directly to that provider under its own privacy policy. The Dulyfixed analytics choice controls our Google Analytics tag, not those separate services.
Accounts, Workspaces and Service Records
Google provides optional sign-in. Dulyfixed stores the identity and contact preferences needed for connected accounts, conversations, and assigned Workspaces. Workspace administrators and assigned users can access files according to their permissions; upload, view, play, and download activity may be recorded for project administration. If a third-party payment or booking provider is added later, we will update this policy before that feature is used. Do not send payment card data in messages.
Information Sharing
Dulyfixed does not sell inquiry submissions. Information may be shared with service providers needed for hosting, email, Google sign-in, consented analytics, security, or customer-approved work, and when required by law or to protect the service. Assigned Workspace users may see shared project material according to their access level.
Data Retention
Unverified contact requests are temporarily stored while you confirm your email. Their one-time links expire after 24 hours; expired requests cannot be submitted and are removed by scheduled cleanup or the next inquiry or admin inbox visit. Verified email records help prevent repeated verification, but do not provide account or conversation access by themselves. Submitted conversations may be archived, exported by authorized staff, or deleted. Archiving preserves the conversation; deleting it removes its messages and access links while keeping linked Workspace records. Dulyfixed retains submitted inquiries, Workspace files and activity, service records, exports, backups, and technical logs as reasonably needed for support, operations, security, accounting, and legal obligations. Google Analytics retention is controlled in the GA4 property settings. Your local analytics choice expires after 180 days unless you update it sooner.
Access, Correction or Deletion Requests
You may contact Dulyfixed to ask about personal information you submitted through the website, request a correction, or request deletion when retention is no longer required for business, legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons.
Children’s Privacy
The website is not intended to collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child submitted personal information through the website, they may contact Dulyfixed to request review or deletion.
Changes to This Policy
Dulyfixed may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date or last-updated date.
